Claripoint's applications are intended for use by a wide cross section of industry sectors and have been designed to meet their varying requirements. All applications can be customised through a Made to Measure approach to adapting our core technology.

Businesses that need to get their message across quickly and efficiently to a remote and often distant audience use Vista. It is primarily aimed at the presentation and sales markets and is designed to manage and impress large or small audiences.

There are three main areas where our Vista platforms are used extensively and where our customers derive the greatest benefit:

 • Live, large scale virtual conferences (25 - 500 people) aimed at potential clients or for internal communications, for example AGMs
 • Office based or call centre type sales, typically on a 1 to 1 basis, to enhance the sales call and engage the attendees attention more fully
 • Internal company communications for sales (usually field sales executives) and managerial purposes

In particular, Vista has enabled more efficient Client management. Clients that may not require or justify a visit from an executive or field salesperson can be remotely managed, cutting costs and enabling employees to focus on other tasks.

Organisations that that need either to record and or store their intellectual property use Playback to:

 • Create easily accessible Knowledge Banks
 • Circulate information to customers and prospects such as press releases and product information
 • Send a link that leads to a recorded seminar or conference to people that may not have been able to attend the live event
