What is Vista?
Vista enables you to hold conferences or give remote presentations via the Internet. Claripoint has designed and developed all the intellectual property for this leading application that has attracted customers worldwide.
Vista gives you a host of tools including the essentials to present PowerPoint slides, Video, Web pages, Applications, diagrams and pictures, in fact almost anything on your computer screen. Any audience size can be accommodated, instantly and simply by logging in to the service.
Less is More!
Vista is specifically designed to make the experience of web conferencing easy, even enjoyable. Our objective is to bring our customers an application that needs no explanation and no instructions, just 15 minutes of familiarisation.
The interface is as simple and clutter-free as possible; only important icons and buttons are in front of the presenter. In particular, Vista's patented feedback mechanism incorporates a system of traffic lights to confirm that content has arrived on the audience screen.
On the audience side, the interface is designed to enable maximum use of the screen size and focus attention on the content being displayed.
What's Vista used for?
There are a vast number of different uses but, amongst others, our customers are using Vista for:
• One to one sales
• Remote training
• Presentations and pitches
• Seminars and conferences to large audiences
• Internal company briefings
• Annual General Meetings
Vista can be set to work in two different modes:
• Teamwork - For audiences of up to 20 seats
• Auditorium - For larger audiences of up to 200 or more (on request)
The Teamwork mode is ideal for businesses that need to use Vista in a sales type environment. Presentations can be easily managed and shared between team members and instant presentations given to audiences between 1 and 20 strong.
Auditorium mode is designed for major seminars and conferences and has a number of audience entry features (including public or secure) as well as supporting multiple presenters during the show. Although the instant presentation limit is currently 200, much larger numbers can be accommodated with adequate notice of an event. Please contact us to discuss your requirement.
See the Our Customers section for examples of the different ways Vista is deployed.
