Vista provides a framework into which additional tools can be 'plugged-in'. Alternatively, tools can be removed to simplify your interface.
Feature |
Function |
PowerPoint Show |
Our most popular tool, PowerPoint Show allows you to deliver Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentations. Advance through presentations large or small with just one mouse-click. Team Work accounts allow you to share your presentations with colleagues and team members. |
Web slides |
Pre set a slide to represent a URL. Enables a single mouse click to move from PowerPoint® to a web page. |
Screen Show
|
Show your PC screen live to your audience. You can either show your entire desktop or for security, limit it to one application. You can also change bandwidth and colour demands to optimise presentations. Supports up to 20 participants in a single session. |
Screen Capture |
Show a SnapShot image from any application running on your PC, with just one keystroke. A very handy tool that really helps in being able to illustrate and discuss a point. Can save hours, particularly when it comes to describing something of a graphical or visual nature |
Pointer |
The presenter can turn on a second on screen cursor to enable them to point to content in slides or when showing a SnapShot. A powerful tool especially when trying to emphasise a point or pinpoint detail. |
File Transfer |
The Presenter can transfer a file to the entire audience with a single click, for example at the end of a presentation you can give your audience the opportunity to download a copy of the slides to their Desktop. |
Question Manager |
Audience members can type in questions during a conference. The Presenter can then see the questions queuing up and has the ability to save, file and answer them verbally. |
Audience Polling |
Set up multi choice questions in advance and send them out to your audience during a presentation. Publish the results "real time" with one click. |
Audience Logout |
Enables the presenter to finish a presentation by logging out the entire audience to a pre set page and terminate connection to the server. |
Audit Trail |
A full audit trail of all the content presented by any individual is stored and accessible online for a period of 3 months. Particularly important in the case of compliance. |
Team Work Mode |
Supports audiences up to 20 strong. Enables content management, for example by a marketing department for approved presentations to be loaded into sales executives' accounts. |
Auditorium Mode |
For large audiences of up to 200 (more on request). Provides a variety of audience entry modes to a conference, including using a PIN for closed sessions or setting an "open" entry. Auditorium supports multi-presenter presentations. |
Security |
Set up a secure code or password to enter a session. In addition, encryption using https is available as an option. |
Customisable Audience Toolbar |
Individual presenters can set up their own mug shot, vcard details and phone numbers, so the audience can see who's presenting and download contact details in an instant |
Browser Auto-Check |
An invisible process that ensures the audience is logged in to a show with one of 3 different connection technologies, ensuring Vista 's industry beating first time connection rate is maintained. |
Video Slides |
Incorporate pre-recorded video into a presentation. Most media players are available and compatible but Claripoint can host video and use our preferred technology that utilises a Java Applet based player. |
Website Cobrowse |
Allows you to do "Follow Me" tours around public web sites, including locked areas and https sites. Show a client a web-based application or order form and help them fill it in on screen. Can be set to one or two way operation. |
