Claripoint was formed in October 1999 and is a privately owned, UK based company. Originally based in Cardiff, where the registered office remains, the company now has offices in the UK and the USA with plans for more.

Claripoint has written, developed and marketed its own software applications, focused on the growing web presentation and conferencing markets.

Claripoint owns its Intellectual Property and has filed a number of Patent Applications to protect the unique aspects of its services.

Distribution and sales outside the UK are typically handled by Resellers and Partner companies and Claripoint continues to seek new business relationships in this area.
