Winner - BT Financial Innovation Awards 2001 for the most innovative development of telephone channels. We beat Intelligent Finance, HSBC, Barclays Bank and the Bank of Cyprus.

Second place in the FST Awards 2001 for Best Telecommunication Strategy of the year.

Winner - BT Financial Innovation Awards 2002 for the Best e-delivery channel in the UK. We beat Charcol, Charles Swabb Europe, Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Legal and General.

We are the only company in the history of the awards to win the BT (British Telecom) Awards two years in a row.

Winner - FST Awards 2002 for Best use of new media in customer facing environments and Best use of technology in call centres. We beat the Royal Bank of Scotland, Alliance and Leicester, Bupa, Egg, Cornhill Insurance and Royal SunAlliance.

Runner Up in the FST Awards 2003 in 3 categories, which were:
- Best use of technology in call centres
- Best use of new media in customer facing environments
- The most innovative use of CRM technology.

These nominations was for our breakthrough to be able to deliver any quotation, brochures, application forms and key features documents from any company in real time after an online advice session is completed.
